1. General Provisions
These terms of service govern the use of the famly mobile application (the "App"). The App is owned and operated by MTBIZ Marcin Tymków, Michałowice 61, 49-341 Pisarzowice, Poland, Tax ID: PL7471912158.
By using the App, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Registration and Account
Registration requires acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy, as well as providing an email address and creating a password. The user agrees to secure access to their account. A user who creates a family account becomes its administrator and can invite other members.
3. Rules of Use
Sharing the account with unauthorized persons, introducing illegal content, and using the App for commercial purposes without the operator's consent is prohibited.
4. Responsibility and Health Module
The famly app provides auxiliary tools for organizing family life. Information regarding medications and dosage (Medicine Cabinet module) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The user should always consult a doctor or pharmacist. The operator is not responsible for medical or financial decisions made based on data from the App.
In the interest of User privacy, data entered in the health module is encrypted on the device side (End-to-End) using universal cryptographic standards. This means that the User bears full responsibility for safely storing the generated, intra-family Medical PIN (Key). In the event of a total loss of this PIN by all family members, due to the applied security architecture, the operator will not be able to restore or decrypt this medical data.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
The basic version of the App may have limitations. Full access to features is offered through paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by store operators (Apple App Store / Google Play) according to their terms.
6. Account Deletion
The user can delete their account at any time from the App settings. This results in the permanent deletion of data from our servers.
7. App Store Operators Disclaimers
In accordance with the requirements of operators such as Apple Inc. and Google LLC, we inform you that these terms are concluded between the User and the famly App operator (MTBIZ), and not with the company providing the app store. Third-party mobile platform operators are not responsible for the App, its content, or for providing any maintenance or support services.
