1. General Provisions
These terms of service govern the use of the famly mobile application (the "App"). The App is owned and operated by MTBIZ Marcin Tymków, Michałowice 61, 49-341 Pisarzowice, Poland, Tax ID: PL7471912158.
By using the App, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Registration and Account
Registration requires an email address and password. The User agrees to secure access to their account. The User who creates a family account becomes its administrator and may invite other members.
3. Usage Rules
It is prohibited to share your account with unauthorized persons, enter unlawful content, or use the App for commercial purposes without the operator's consent.
4. Liability and Health Module
The famly app provides tools to assist with family life organization. Information regarding medications and dosages (Medicine Cabinet module) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Users should always consult a doctor or pharmacist. The operator is not liable for medical or financial decisions made based on App data.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
The basic version of the App may have limitations. Full feature access is offered via paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by store operators (Apple App Store / Google Play) subject to their respective terms.
6. Account Deletion
The User may delete their account at any time via the App's settings. This results in the permanent removal of data from our servers.
7. Apple App Store Provisions
As required by Apple Inc., we inform you that these Terms are concluded between the User and the famly App operator (MTBIZ), and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or for providing any maintenance or support services.
